These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of graysonconservatives.com and all associated tools, pages, forms, and resources (collectively, the “Site”) operated by Grayson Conservatives, a Texas private membership organization (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

Grayson Conservatives is a Texas private membership organization engaged in civic education, community advocacy, and political activity. We have a registered General Purpose Political Action Committee under Texas law. Content on this Site reflects the views and positions of Grayson Conservatives.
Our Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any data center company, real estate developer, utility, or government agency. Our tools — including data center maps, tracking pages, and community reporting forms — are provided for public awareness and civic advocacy purposes only.

- Inclusion of any project or company on our map or tracking tools does not imply wrongdoing by any operator, developer, or landowner

4. Community Reports and User Submissions
By submitting any information, report, photo, document, or other content through our Site (“Submission”), you represent and warrant that:
- Your Submission is truthful, accurate, and based on your personal observation or reputable sources you can identify
- You obtained any photos lawfully — taken from public roads, your own property, or with the property owner’s permission — and did not trespass, enter restricted areas, or otherwise break the law to gather them
- You own or have the right to share any photos, documents, or other materials you upload, and are not submitting content that infringes another party’s copyright, publicity, or privacy rights
- Your submission does not disclose trade secrets, protected health information, minors’ identifying details, or information you are under a confidentiality obligation to keep private — including as a current or former employee of a data center operator, contractor, or utility
- Your submission does not contain content intended to harass, threaten, defame, or target any specific individual, including data center workers, construction crews, or public officials
By submitting content, you grant Grayson Conservatives a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to review, store, publish, distribute, and use your Submission in connection with our advocacy activities and website. You retain ownership of your content. We may publish your Submission in whole or in part at our sole discretion, and we may decline to publish, remove, or modify any Submission at our sole discretion and without notice or explanation.
5. Open Letter and Public Signatories
By signing any open letter or petition on our Site, you:
- Consent to having your name, county, and legislative district displayed publicly on our signatories page
- Acknowledge that your signature represents your personal opinion and is not made on behalf of any employer, agency, or organization unless expressly indicated
- Understand that your signature may be referenced in public communications, press releases, or advocacy materials
- May request removal of your name at any time by contacting info@graysonconservatives.com
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit reports you know to be false, exaggerated, or fabricated
